Got a delicious cold brew coffee with some almond milk and a little simple syrup.
We recently placed a large pre - order of coffee for our wedding to cater coffee. They were so helpful and accommodating and very easy to coordinate with. Also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
I ordered an oat milk cappuccino which was good. Somehow it seemed to have a watery texture, not quite as creamy as I prefer. I'll have to try some other drinks to get a good idea of their in-house roasted beans. It's a small cafe...the seating is tight, so we sat outside and enjoyed our beverages while people-watching. 9th Ave is always a bustling little corridor. The Beanery has a friendly staff and is a great place to grab a cup of coffee to take with you to Golden Gate Park. Check it out!
I have had the recent experience of ordering my favorite drink ~ Mocha. I enjoyed it so much I had to go back the following Monday to grab another. This may be my go to spot for an afternoon pick me up. Although I have not bought any yet one can purchase coffee by the pound and it seems comparably priced.woth coffee from the local market. The service had that extra local feel to it as if they care a little more than one of the larger chain coffee shops. As a local who lives close by I will make an effort to stop by more frequently. Also good to note there are a few spots outside and inside to sit down and spend time with a friend or just relax to some music.
I didn't get to take a picture of the shop but it was a nice and cozy location. My iced matcha with almond milk was delicious!
Where the locals go for excellent and reasonably priced coffee! The place is small with limited indoor seating and two tables just outside the shop. The coffee & espresso selection is pretty standard, but they are always well-made and consistent. Decent pastry selection and nice bagel sandwiches, though you might consider heading a few doors down for a wider selection. Get your coffee here and enjoy the day
Such a cute little cafe with amazing coffee and pastries! The dining area is small, but enough to fit a handful of guests. The workers were so kind and quick with the service. I ordered a mocha and two of the dessert/ pastry bars and the were delicious. Best mocha I think I've ever had. Would definitely visit again.
One of the last standing cafes of a dying breed — classic atmosphere (OG, functional 80s San Franciscan coffee roaster inside for the nerds!!), reasonable pricing, great service. This is the type of place the baristas remember you and make your order when you walk in. Founded by an Iranian husband and wife duo, it is still immigrant owned and operated. Want to be edgy and hip? KEEP THESE BUSINESSES ALIVE! The soul of San Francisco needs more places like this to thrive.
